We celebrated our son’s 9th birthday at The Hobby Place.

Everything was well planned by the team and everyone had an excellent time here.

I would like to give a special mention to:

1. Sandhya, who is the customer relations executive. Even on her day off she went out of her way to help us with our pizza order with Domino’s. My request was not a part of her brief, it was not related to The Hobby Place and it was her weekly off. Still she went out of her way to coordinate between Domino’s and me. I am very thankful to her for this as her help saved me a lot of time.
2. The staff who were there to lead children activity. The time of our party was 4:00 – 6:30 PM. Some children reached at 6:15 PM and were disappointed that they missed the activity. The staff very kindly stayed back for longer duration, accommodated the children and helped them do the activities that they missed. This was so nice and the kids were so happy!

This level of customer service is gold standard and thoroughly delighted us. This customer delight reflects on the culture of the workplace where they are really committed to give customers happy experiences. This culture often is not organic, but consciously created by the owners. So the credit goes to the owners too who have instilled this commitment in the staff.
